Automatic flow cytometer for microbiological monitoring of drinking water
This automatic flow cytometer has been specially developed according to the needs of the water industry for the microbiological monitoring of drinking water. The entire program sequence from sampling, adding reagent, mixing and incubation all the way through to measurement and cleaning is carried out quickly and is fully automated. The measuring results are available after just 30 minutes. All manual processing steps can be omitted, removing the need for repetitive tasks and freeing up time for laboratory staff. The compact flow cytometer takes up little space and detects more than 99% of the bacterial cells. All operating materials (including waste material) are contained in a hermetically sealed, recyclable cartridge. The practical cartridge can be used for up to 1,000 measurements and is recyclable. Replacing the cartridge is as simple as replacing the ink cartridge on a printer. This flow cytometer can be operated manually or automatically. An internal database allows all measured data to be reviewed and visualized across the entire measuring period. The results can be transmitted in analog or digital form, for example via mA, USB or web interface.
Secure File Exchange (SFX) is used to exchange files with SIGRIST. The web-based tool allows the exchange of many files, or files that are very large. On request, the transmission is encrypted and thus only accessible to authorized recipients.
With SFX you upload the files to a bucket. The web address of this bucket can then be shared with the recipient. If you set a password, the bucket is encrypted. If you do not set a password, then the bucket is not encrypted and is accessible to everyone who is in possession of the web address.
You need a compatible browser (Chrome, Firefox or Microsoft Internet Explorer 10 or later).
